| Objectives | - 1st objective (RED TAPE) is to bring the trader a specific quantity of a specified product. (ie. 480 tobacco, or 20 copper ingots, ect. ect.) which depends on what port the mission is taken at.
- The trader inspects and crates the goods and gives them back to you. - *NOTE* you must have the entire shipment to give to them, which means having a LARGE ENOUGH CARGO HOLD for them, and the crated (inspected crates) of the item, are 10 of the item, per crate, unlike cannon ammunition, but the crated goods weigh as much as the uncrated goods. so, 480 tobacco will take up 480 of your cargo space, and crated, will be 48 crates, and stil take up 480 of your cargo hold.
*the 2nd part/ 2nd mission* the trader has a second mission, which is to deliver the inspected crated goods to a specified port.
this can sometimes be a LONG haul through dangerous waters, or a short haul.
The reward for the delivery depends on what trader/port you are doing the mission from, as it changes for EVERY port. some will reward you with doubloons, experience, and trade union faction. How much & with whom again depends on what trader you are doing the mission for (which port)
some deliveries can give you up to 3800 doubloons, some as little as 1000 doubloons, some can give you up to 900 xp, some as little as 400 xp.
The trade union faction you get depends on the port you get the mission from, and WHO the port's original owners are. (ie, the delivery mission FROM Port-of-Spain will give Spanish Trade Union faction +5, even if English or French are in control of the port because it is originally Spanish, and so the traders there are spanish.)

| Description | This quest is available in many different ports. It lets you circumvent the inspection process by having the Local Trader inspect Unsecured Cargo for you, resulting in some Inspected Cargo. This cargo is what is lost when you are defeated in ship combat, or you surrender. The cargo asked for depends on the location. |
